Moving & Shipping
It is the full responsibility of the winning Bidder to schedule any special arrangements if necessary regarding rigging, moving and shipping. Bidders must provide an insurance certificate naming Auctioneer and Brown Bros. Cadillac, Inc. as additional insured prior to dismantling of Prep Station & Paint Booths. Bidders agree to forfeit ownership of Property and all monies paid if Property is not removed from the Owner’s facility by said deadline of June 15, 2021. (Additional removal time for prep station and paint booths to be mutually agreed). All labor, liability, risk and cost is the sole responsibility of the bidder. The Auctioneer shall have no liability for any loss or damage to any items. Removal may not begin until payment has been made in full by Friday, June 4, 2021.
